Damages and Replacement
The supplier will gladly replace defective or incorrect art prints. If the package is damaged, refuse the order and notify
Western Star Art Prints immediately. If you accept a damaged packaged in error, save the package, its contents, all
packing material and contact Western Star Art Prints immediately.
All claims for damages or errors must be reported to Western Star Art Prints within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Western Star Art Prints is not responsible for the replacement of defective or incorrect art prints once they have been
framed. There are NO returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns due to customer error are
not accepted.

Order Changes
While we will try to amend an order that has been placed with Western Star Art Prints, please be aware that it is usually
not possible because of our supplier's automated handling system.

Backorders
In the very rare event an item is not available at the time of your order, we will backorder your item unless you instruct
us otherwise. In the rarer occasion that the print is discontinued by the publisher completely, Western Star Art Prints
will contact you via e-mail and give you the choice of substituting the discontinued print with one of equal or lesser
value. Or, deleteing that print from your order. If you chose to replace the discontinued print with one of lesser value,
your credit card will be refunded the difference. If you choose to delete that print from the order, your credit card will
be refunded for the price of the discontinued print.

Color and Size Disclaimer
Great efforts have been made to represent colors and sizes in Western Star Art Prints' on-line store. However, slight
color or size variances may occur. Western Star Art Prints does not take returns because of color or size variance.
Western Star Art Prints recommends that frames, mats or glass never be precut based on the dimensions given in our
on-line store.

Shipping
Please allow 2-3 weeks shipping time. Large orders may take longer.
